Self-Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Workshops


My passion is anxiety.  What I mean by that is, I love working with folks who feel anxious.  I was once a very stressed individual, and it made me quite sick.  I found helpful tools, namely Mindful Self-Compassion and Counseling, which brought great peace to my mind, body and relationships.  I look forward to sharing these tools with you!
